WHERE IS AVENWOOD CABINS LOCATED? HOW FAR AWAY IS IT FROM HOCKING HILLS ATTRACTIONS?Avenwood Cabins is located at 8415 Township Rd 241 SE New Straitsville OH 43766. The cabins are approximately 20 miles from Hocking Hills attractions, and approximately 10 miles from the winery and brewery.

WHAT KITCHEN UTENSILS AND APPLIANCES ARE INCLUDED IN THE CABINS?Every kitchen offers a full refrigerator with a freezer (including an ice tray), a stove top or hot plate for cooking (some also include gas stoves, make sure you check within your listing), silverware, plates, glasses, cooking utensils including pots and pans, and a coffee pot (make sure you bring filters). All you have to bring are your favorite food items and coffee, should you need it!

HOW LATE CAN I CHECK-IN TO MY CABIN?Check-in is any time after 4 pm. There is no need to visit an office to check-in or get a key! Planning on getting to Avenwood Cabins late? That's not a problem! Just go directly to your cabin and let yourself in (If you have not yet received you door code for entry you can text 740-385-3374 to get them)!

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY STAY PACKAGE?Included with your stay are fresh, clean bed linens and towels, hand and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Any issues or questions contact the Property Manager, who's contact information is posted within your cabin!

WHAT WILL I NEED TO BRING?You should bring any personal items, such as hair brushes, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. If you plan to use the kitchen or charcoal grill, you will want to bring groceries (including coffee and coffee filters) and charcoal.

DO YOU OFFER SATELLITE OR CABLE?All of our cabins are equipped with WIFI, and our televisions are Roku-equipped, so you will be able to stream Netflix and other television apps directly from your TV. This allows you to log in to your cable/satellite subscriptions for your viewing pleasure! Just recently, we started offering DirectTV to ensure our guests are able to watch cable television!

IS THERE CELL PHONE RECEPTION AT THE CABINS?Verizon offers the best reception when visiting this area. However, you are still in luck if you are able to connect your WIFI. Once you connect your phone through WIFI, you should have no problem making phone calls from your cabin.

IS THE WATER SAFE TO DRINK?Yes! We supply clean township water to all of our cabins!

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?If a cancellation occurs more than two weeks prior to your arrival date, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. If a cancellation occurs within the two-week window of your reservation, you will not receive a refund unless your cabin re-books. If the cabin does re-book for all days reserved, you will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.

WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?Check-in is anytime after 4pm and check-out is anytime prior to 10 am. There is no need to visit an office to check-in or check-out! Early and Late Check may be available upon request, additional fees apply.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?Yes! We offer a 10% discount for military and service members! While booking your reservation, make sure to mark that you are a military/service member at checkout.
