Cancellation Policy
Balance due upon reservation.
Cancellations required within 14 days of arrival date in order to receive
100% refund. Subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations less than 14 days will not be refunded unless the facility is
re-rented for the same time period. Only then will the leasee receive a
refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. If leasee cancels or changes the
reservation prior to 14 days of the arrival date, leasee will receive a
refund minus the $25.00 cancellation fee.
No refunds will be given for inclement weather. 4 wheel drive recommended
during the winter season.
